Meet the Team: Matt Lievers

For the past 18 years, Matt has helped develop and implement Employee Benefits and retirement programs built to drive engagement, maximize value and boost ROI. Most recently, Matt was Associate Vice President at a leading group insurer where he made significant contributions to strategy development, product innovation and business development. Matt oversaw the Group Benefits distribution across all market segments and led the enterprise Product & Innovation Team. He has spent time in the brokerage market partnering with HR teams, Executive teams and C-level decision makers in small, mid-size and large organizations and has extensive networks in multiple verticals.

In his role as President, Employee Benefits and Retirement, Matt will lead our growing regional EB & Retirement business by enabling organic growth, assisting with M&A opportunities and integration, and supporting our cross-sell strategy. Matt is also a member of the Canadian Leadership team for Employee Benefits & Retirement.
